BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE, PURCHASING TICKETS, OR ATTENDING ANY AVENTURA FASHION WEEK EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services and may not attend our events.

2. Definitions

“Event” means any fashion show, presentation, exhibition, workshop, networking session, or other activity organized by Aventura Fashion Week.

“Participant” means any person attending an Event in any capacity, including but not limited to attendees, designers, models, vendors, media, or guests.

“Ticket” means any pass, credential, or authorization (physical or digital) granting access to an Event.

“Content” means all text, images, videos, designs, logos, and other materials displayed on our website or at Events.

“Intellectual Property” means all trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for Events independently
Minors (under 18) may attend only with written parental or guardian consent
We reserve the right to verify age at any time

3.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
One account per person; multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited

3.3 Capacity and Authority

If registering on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms
Corporate or organizational attendees are responsible for ensuring all their representatives comply with these Terms

4. Event Tickets and Registration

4.1 Ticket Purchase

All ticket sales are processed through our designated ticketing platform
Ticket prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise
We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person

4.2 Ticket Terms

Tickets grant you a revocable license to attend the specified Event
Tickets do not guarantee entry to specific shows or sessions within an Event
Seating (when applicable) may be assigned at our discretion
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded

4.3 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Participant-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 60+ days before Event: 50% refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations made 30 days before the event: no refund
- Cancellations made 25 days or less before the event: No refund
Event Cancellation by Aventura Fashion Week (AVFWK):
- If an event is cancelled, postponed, or substantially changed by Adrian Developemnt & Business , Aventura Fashion Week , Your Fashion Weekend AVFWK, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled Event
- AVFWK is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred

4.4 Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify Event schedules, featured designers, models, or performers without notice
Reasonable changes to the Event program do not entitle ticket holders to refunds
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify attendees of significant changes

5. Code of Conduct and Behavioral Standards

5.1 General Conduct

All Participants must:

Behave in a respectful, professional, and courteous manner
Comply with all venue rules and regulations
Follow instructions from AVFWK staff, security personnel, and venue management
Respect the personal space and property of others
Dress in accordance with any specified dress codes

5.2 Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund:

Harassment and Discrimination:

Any form of harassment, including verbal, physical, or visual harassment
Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic
Unwelcome sexual advances, comments, or conduct
Bullying, intimidation, or threatening behavior

Disruptive Conduct:

Loud or disruptive behavior during shows or presentations
Obstruction of aisles, exits, or emergency routes
Unauthorized access to restricted areas (backstage, VIP areas, production zones)
Interference with Event operations, performances, or technical equipment

Illegal Activities:

Possession or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances
Public intoxication or excessive alcohol consumption
Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials of any kind
Counterfeit tickets or credentials
Theft, vandalism, or property damage

Commercial Activities:

Unauthorized solicitation or distribution of promotional materials
Selling goods or services without prior written permission
Commercial photography or videography without authorization

5.3 Enforcement and Consequences

Adrian Development & Business Investments LLC events, Aventura Fashion Week (AVFWK) Your Fashion Weekend staff and security have final authority to determine violations
First offense may result in a warning
Serious or repeated violations will result in:
- Immediate ejection from the Event without refund
- Ban from future AVFWK Events
- Reporting to law enforcement when appropriate
Removed Participants remain liable for any damages caused

6. Photography, Videography, and Media

6.1 Personal Photography

Personal, non-commercial photography for private use is permitted unless otherwise posted
Flash photography is prohibited during runway shows and presentations
You may not photograph other attendees without their express consent
Photography in backstage areas, fitting rooms, or restricted zones is strictly prohibited

6.2 Professional Media

Professional photography, videography, or live streaming requires prior written authorization
Media credentials must be obtained in advance and displayed at all times
Authorized media must comply with AVFWK media guidelines and restrictions
Commercial use of Event imagery requires a separate licensing agreement

6.3 Aventura Fashion Week, Your Fashion Weekend, NY Fashion Meets DC AVFWK Recording Rights

AVFWK reserves the right to photograph, film, or record events for promotional purposes
By attending, you grant AVFWK an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your image, likeness, or voice captured at Events
This includes use in marketing materials, social media, websites, and promotional campaigns
If you object to being photographed, you must notify Aventura Fashion Week AVFWK staff and avoid all camera areas

6.4 Social Media

You may share personal Event photos on social media with appropriate credit to AVFWK and featured designers
You may not use Event imagery for commercial purposes or competitive advantage
Tagging AVFWK and using official hashtags is encouraged: #AventuraFashionWeek

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 AVFWK Intellectual Property

All Content on our website and at Events is owned by AVFWK or our licensors, including:

AVFWK ame, logo, and branding
Website design and functionality
Event programs and marketing materials
Original photography and videography

7.2 Designer and Artist Rights

All fashion designs, collections, and creative works presented at Events remain the property of their respective designers and artists
You may not reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from designs shown at Events
Commercial use of designer work requires direct permission from the designer

7.3 User Restrictions

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display AVFWK Content without written permission
UseAVFWKtrademarks or branding without authorization
Create derivative works based on Event Content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our website
Remove or alter copyright notices or watermarks

7.4 Copyright Infringement

Repeat infringers will be banned from our platform and Events

8. Health, Safety, and Security

Report safety hazards immediately to AVFWK staff

8.2 Health Requirements

Do not attend if you are experiencing symptoms of contagious illness
We may implement health screening measures as required by law or public health guidance
You consent to temperature checks or other non-invasive health screening if implemented
Face coverings or other protective measures may be required based on current health conditions

8.3 Security Measures

You consent to reasonable security screening upon entry, including bag checks
Unattended bags or belongings may be removed and secured
Security personnel may request identification at any time
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals posing security concerns

8.4 Medical Emergencies

AVFWKwill not provide reasonable assistance in medical emergencies
You are responsible for your own medical needs and should carry necessary medications
Inform staff immediately if you require medical assistance
We are not liable for medical expenses or conditions arising at Events

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
